The Digital Shield is a patented, streamlined, open-palmed glove designed for the bottom hand (the right hand for a right-handed golfer or left hand for a left-handed golfer). It protects the thumb, index and middle fingers from rubbing against the club’s grip while still maximizing tactile sensitivity.

The concept of the Digital Shield was born out of a need to solve the problem of chafing on the bottom hand and to offer a better alternative than the current “Band-Aid solutions.” Full and half-fingered gloves are unnecessarily hot, provide excess grip, and compromise feel for the club. Band-Aids^® or adhesive tape tends to roll up or shift with repeated swings and leaves a sticky residue. Replacement bandages are even less effective as they often do not properly adhere to a perspiring hand.
